Dale Sogn Realty provides leads to other realtors on homes just entering the foreclosure process. We also assist our customers with marketing programs, ongoing support and consultation.
Why prospect foreclosures?
The general perception of “foreclosures” is that they are lower priced homes in poor condition and are associated with investor opportunities and property flipping. This is not true. Homes in foreclosure are in all price ranges and all conditions and many are excellent properties. Yes, there are some people who look to take advantage of homeowners and try to dupe them out of their equity. This is NOT what we are about. Our philosophy is to treat people in foreclosure like any other client and do what is best for them in their situation.

Want more details?
We do not mass market foreclosure information. We are looking for a few Realtors interested in joining a small network prospecting foreclosures in the Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding Twin City area. We cover the counties of Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Dakota, Anoka, Sherburne, Isanti, Chisago, Carver, Scott and Wright.
Our preference is to meet with you one on one so we can introduce ourselves, demonstrate how we accumulate and pass on our timely information to you, and answer any questions you may have.
